  • Ezekiel 36:25-27

    25I will sprinkle you with clean water, and you will be clean and acceptable to me. I will wash away everything that makes you unclean, and I will remove your disgusting idols. 26I will take away your stubborn heart and give you a new heart and a desire to be faithful. You will have only pure thoughts, 27because I will put my Spirit in you and make you eager to obey my laws and teachings.

    Romans 3:21-24

    Righteousness Through Faith
    21But now a righteousness from God, apart from law, has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. 22This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference, 23for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.

  • THERE is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. Romans 8:1

    ~~~I have to cry a bit whenever I read this verse.
  • Well, I have LOTS of FAVORITES when it comes to GRACE! But I suppose the first one that always comes to mind actually uses “gracious” – Numbers 6:24-26
    “The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine upon you and be GRACIOUS to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.” Doesn’t get much better than that!!!!
  • Eph. 2:8 “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith — and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God –”
  • Here’s my current favorite scripture re: grace. 2 Cor. 12:7-10
    To keep me from becoming conceited because of these surpassingly great revelations, there was given me a thorn in my flesh … to torment me. Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest in me. … For when I am weak, then I am strong.
  • Today is a day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it.
